1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, singular forms include plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the qt789 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the qt789 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on qt789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. qt789 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of qt789 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
5. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the qt789 platform or any affiliated gambling service.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the qt789 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. qt789 reserves the right to verify registration information at any time and to suspend Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify qt789 customer support immediately via the live chat function.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

qt789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed the KYC process to qt789's satisfaction may be withheld pending verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qt789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets); and USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20) and Bitcoin (cryptocurrencies). Available payment methods are subject to change at qt789's discretion.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for local bank and e-wallet methods.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by the Member. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
• qt789 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation by the payment network. Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within 1–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after one network confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered Account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for local bank and e-wallet methods.
• Withdrawals may be subject to completion of KYC verification before processing.
• qt789 targets processing of withdrawal requests to e-wallets within 3–10 minutes and to bank accounts within 2 hours, though these timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed during peak periods or pending additional verification.
• Any Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• qt789 reserves the right to apply a standard fraud and anti-money laundering review to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by qt789 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits as set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be satisfied within 30 days of the Bonus being credited to your Wallet, after which any remaining Bonus balance will expire.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are intended for individual personal use only. Using multiple Accounts or coordinating with other Members to exploit Bonus offers constitutes fraud and is grounds for Account suspension.
• qt789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot contributions and certain game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion terms for details.
• Members who self-exclude or request account closure waive any unclaimed or pending Bonus funds.

7 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on the qt789 platform operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game lobby or product section. The following general rules apply across all games and betting markets:

• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round or sporting event, qt789 will resolve the Wager in accordance with the applicable game rules and any verifiable game state data at the time of the failure.
• Obvious pricing or display errors in betting odds, game payouts, or promotional values do not bind qt789. qt789 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at a manifestly incorrect price and to return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet.
• qt789 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle Wagers differently if there is evidence of match-fixing, integrity violations, or corruption in any sporting event or game outcome.
• The results of all certified Random Number Generator (RNG) games are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of perceived unfairness, provided the game was operating correctly at the time of the Wager.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qt789 platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

1. Creating or operating more than one Account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
3. Allowing any third party (including a family member) to access or use your Account.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place Wagers or interact with the platform.
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
6. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play in live casino games.
7. Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a manner designed to evade anti-money laundering controls.
8. Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith.
9. Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.
10. Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by qt789

qt789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, technical security risks, or regulatory requirements.

9.2 Closure by Member

Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting qt789 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any non-withdrawable Bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion and pending wagering requirements being resolved.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be restricted from all gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests can be made via the responsible gaming section of the Account dashboard or by contacting customer support directly.

10 Responsible Gaming

qt789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to assist Members in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further Wagers will not be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Members may configure on-screen session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: As detailed in Clause 9.3, Members may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time.
• Reality Checks: The platform may present periodic notifications of session duration and net profit/loss position.

11 Limitation of Liability

1. Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
2. Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or regulatory action.
3. Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that are found to contain errors.
5. Any actions taken by qt789 in accordance with its legal obligations under applicable anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, or data protection regulations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the qt789 platform — including but not limited to the qt789 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and multimedia content — is the property of qt789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of qt789.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

qt789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. qt789 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. qt789 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

qt789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qt789 will notify registered Members via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qt789 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to qt789 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
